My approach

I believe that...

  • Life is difficult, and we are all on the mysterious journey of finding our way home

  • You are the expert on your life, and on what works for you

  • We are, at core, unbroken. In early life we make creative adaptations to make the best of our situation; these adaptations become habitual and fade from our awareness... until we're triggered

  • Being seen and heard is intrinsically healing

  • Paradoxically, healing comes from being more fully yourself, rather than trying to get rid of aspects you don't like

I aim to...

  • Hold a safe and supportive space where you can reflect, feel, and explore your experience with interest and compassion, rather than judgment

  • Support you to embody, recognise, and tolerate difficult emotions, and attune to their wisdom

  • Support you to become an expert discerner of your experience, and in doing so, introduce some distance between your challenges and responses
